Because of the draught in The Netherlands – where the temperature is far above average the last few weeks – there will be no fireworks during the endshow of Dominator this Saturday. This was announced by the organisation last night.

Art of Dance and Q-dance released an article with extra info about the warm weather and the risks it brings for everyone’s safety. Because of the dryness of the terrain, they need to take several measures: “We tried our best to make it work in several ways, but the government’s final decision is that it is not safe enough. Anyway, together with you we will make this a Dominator to remember!”, is what they say on their website.

No fireworks at the Dominator Endshow & extra measures for hot weather

Dominator is situated in a forested area and even cigarettes can cause fire with these warm and dry weather conditiones. “Please protect your own, and the safety of the environment by not throwing any cigarettes in the forest, on the access routes and at the parking.” Also, there will be free drink water and extra shadow spots available plus the bars will be open 30 minutes after closing time to buy a drink for on the way home.
